Kady-Ann Grant is a licensed mental health counselor trained in counseling, psychotherapy, and prevention. She had the privilege of gaining experience in a variety of outpatient mental health settings. Kady-Ann offers individual, couples, family, and group therapy, providing a safe and accepting atmosphere so you can feel heard, validated, and empowered. Kady-Ann approaches therapy from a client-centered and integrative perspective to ensure individuals and families reach their highest potential. She uses an array of evidence-based techniques with a specialty in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Brief Therapy, Solution-focused, and Mindfulness to help individuals make behavioral changes to promote growth and improve quality of life.
